Dr. Sanjesh held a PhD in Botany. But her real education came from her mother-in-law — Sona Devi taught through lived experience, Dr. Sanjesh understood through science. Together, they formed a complete picture: traditional knowledge meeting modern understanding.
For 22 years, she taught in government schools. But her heart was always in her botanical garden — a sanctuary of basil, turmeric, neem, aloe vera, rose, and hibiscus. She dreamed of creating cosmetics that were more than skin-deep. It remained a dream. Something she would do someday.
The Moment of Truth
Twenty-two years into her teaching career, Dr. Sanjesh was comfortable. But in 2021, a WhatsApp call changed everything. Her son Shashank, working in the United States, asked a question that would alter the course of their family’s history:
“Mom, why not start your own cosmetic brand? Take everything you know — your botany, your love for natural ingredients, your connection to Grandmother’s wisdom — and create something beautiful from it.”

Dr. Sanjesh couldn’t stop thinking about Sona Devi — who moved through debilitating pain and still served her family. “If Sona Devi could do that,” she thought, “can’t I move through the fear of entrepreneurship?”
After 22 years of service, she resigned. The decision shocked everyone. “Why leave a government job? Isn’t this risky at 50+?” But Dr. Sanjesh had something stronger than logic: she had purpose. And she had family.
Her husband stood beside her without hesitation. Shashank brought business strategy from his international experience. Priyank brought creative vision. Together, they formed a family mission.
