Welcome to Sonama Naturals Pvt. Ltd. We provide third-party manufacturing and formulation services for cosmetics and color cosmetics. By accessing our website https://sonamamanufacturing.com/ or inquiring about our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services
Sonama Naturals Pvt. Ltd. provides contract manufacturing, private labeling, and formulation services for cosmetic products. All information provided on this site regarding ingredients, production capacities, and packaging is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Manufacturing Agreement is signed.

2. Product Information & Accuracy
While we strive for 100% accuracy, the shades, textures, and colors of “color cosmetics” shown on digital screens may vary slightly from the physical product due to display settings. We reserve the right to modify formulations based on raw material availability or updated safety regulations without prior notice on the website.

3. Manufacturing Standards
We are a licensed Indian manufacturer. All products are made following:
BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) for all color cosmetics.
Cosmetics Rules, 2020 (India).
Schedule M-II (GMP) standards for hygiene and quality.

2. Client Responsibilities
As the brand owner, you are responsible for:
Trademark: Ensuring your brand name/logo is yours to use.
Claims: Ensuring your marketing (e.g., “100% Organic”) follows ASCI guidelines.
License: Obtaining necessary CDSCO brand permissions or loan licenses.

3. Samples and Production
Approval: We only start mass production after you approve a physical lab sample.
Color Matching: Slight shade variations may occur between digital screens and physical makeup products.

4. Payments and GST
All orders are subject to GST as per Indian government rules.
Production begins only after the agreed advance payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property
Our Tech: Our base formulations and manufacturing processes belong to us.
Your Brand: Your brand name, logos, and custom-provided formulas belong to you.

6. Liability and Shipping
We are not liable for business losses due to supply chain delays.
Once goods leave our factory in Rudrapur, the risk of transport damage shifts to the carrier/client.

7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts
